AI agents handle the repeatable work – scoping, code, migration, testing and documentation – and a named engineer reviews and approves every output before it is released. Every change is logged, every line of code is scanned, and nothing ships that a machine approved alone.

Building the operating platform for a global auction house

The brief

Propstore had grown into one of the world's leading entertainment memorabilia auction houses. Its systems had not kept up, and nothing off the shelf fitted a business this specific.

A bespoke back-office platform built around how an auction house actually works, from consignment to post-sale, designed, built and operated in continuous development since 2023 under our governed agentic delivery model, with reporting and training built in from the start.

    Ciphr

    Four websites, including two acquired businesses, consolidated into one for a private equity-backed HR software company. Every URL mapped, redirected and monitored. Search performance held, and the business has since doubled its customer base.

    Learnd

    A 400-person, £70m building technology group growing by acquisition. We built the design system and website that let each acquired company join as an endorsed Learnd business and then move fully onto the Learnd site, and we have run the platform since.

    JAAQ

    A headless website connected to the CRM, so every enquiry lands with its source and context attached and marketing reports from the system it already uses.

    Longmarch Tyres

    A fully bilingual sub-brand site for a UAE distributor, English and Arabic with complete content parity, live since 2019.
